Diana King joined Springer-Peterson Roofing as the Service Department Coordinator and was promoted to Service Department Manager in 2008. She manages all aspects of the Service Department. Diana has over 20 years’ experience in customer service. Diana just completed year term as President of TCRCA (Tri County Roofing Contractors Association) and currently serves as an active board member. She is an active board member of FRSA (Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Association) and NWIR (National Women in Roofing).
Carla Mendez joined the Springer-Peterson team in March of 2015 as the Director of Human Resources. Carla has her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Florida Southern College and received her Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management at Troy University in May of 2018. Carla worked full time while earning both of her degrees and now that she has no homework she enjoys spending time with her husband, family and most importantly her 2 ½ year old grandson, Kade. Carla has spent most of her 25+ year HR career in Warehousing/Manufacturing but enjoys the challenges that roofing brings and the knowledge she has gained in the last 3 ½ years. Carla has recently joined National Women in Roofing and looks forward to working with other women in the industry and encouraging them to never give up on what they want. The only person stopping you, is you.
Kim Anderson joined Springer-Peterson as the Service Coordinator and has recently been promoted to the new role of Service Sales Consultant. She is currently promoting our Roof Shield program. Kim also serves on our in house Safety Committee. Kim currently serves on the board as secretary for TCRCA (Tri-County Roofing Contractors Association) and an active member of NWIR (National Women in Roofing). In her spare time, Kim serves as secretary of the Lake Region High School Softball Umpire Association and has represented the association the past two years at the High School Softball State tournament.
Kelli Anderson joined the Springer-Peterson team in 2014 as the Operations Project Coordinator. She has 20 years’ experience in customer service and 8 years’ experience as a project coordinator. When she started with Springer-Peterson she didn’t know much about roofing but with the guidance of several key people (Daniel, Diana, Chris, Kim, Jack, Ricky…the list could go on and on) she was able to learn and grow within the industry.
In April 2017, Kelli joined NWIR and in June she stepped into a new role within Springer-Peterson as their Pre-Construction Manager. She continues to learn different aspects of roofing which will pave the road to continued success and a long relationship with Springer-Peterson. In her personal life, Kelli is engaged and looking forward to a quiet 2019 wedding ceremony where she will also become a stepmom to a beautiful 8-year old girl! Kelli currently takes an active position in the academic and social lives of her two nieces whether it’s tutoring, rides to rehearsals or the movies, or just a trip to Baskin-Robbins for ice cream. In her spare time, Kelli occasionally picks up a game of softball or kickball at the local sports complex.
