Do You Have a Recommendation for a Rising Star?
A great leader can easily recognize another great leader. YOU are invited to nominate individuals for the Rising Star award. NWIR is looking for emerging talent in the industry who are innovative, bold, respected by their peers, and represent the next generation of leaders. If you have a colleague who exhibits such traits, show them that they’re admired by nominating them.
Nominations are free and you can submit more than one, so tell us why your nominee should become NWIR’s next Rising Star! The WORLD Award Rising Star winner will be announced at the 2024 NWIR Day conference.
Nomination Requirements
- Nominee must be a current NWIR member AND nominated by a current NWIR member
- Nominee may be from your own organization or another
- Nominee must have less than 10 years experience in the roofing industry
- Nominee should demonstrate growth in:
- Service to the Roofing Industry through NWIR’s 4 Pillars
- Service to NWIR through NWIR’s 4 Pillars
- Service to community through NWIR’s 4 Pillars
- Please include all career and personal awards, accomplishments and community service contributions
*The judging process will be a “blind” process with nominees presented to the judging committee as anonymous entries.*
