Get to know the presenters: 

Hannah Ginsbach is the Digital Content Manager at Owens Corning, with more than a decade of marketing experience. She specializes in crafting compelling content strategies, search engine optimization (SEO), and creating transformative web experiences. Hannah has developed content marketing strategies for various building material industries, including roofing, windows and doors, and cabinetry. Throughout her career, she has successfully led numerous high-impact projects, developing innovative digital marketing strategies that have significantly boosted brand visibility and customer engagement.

Hannah is passionate about career development and supporting women in tech, actively mentoring and advocating for greater inclusion in the industry. Hannah is also a member of the National Women in Roofing Toledo chapter and actively involved with the Content Marketing Institute, where she continually hones her skills and stays on top of the latest industry trends.

Outside of work, she is a mom to four-year-old Eli, and is also a small business owner in the men's grooming industry.

Sally Stearns is the Digital Engagement Lead for Roofing at Owens Corning, where she oversees the social and PR channels for the roofing business. Since joining in 2022, Sally has been driving innovative strategies and impactful campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement. 

Before joining Owens Corning, Sally spent eight years at a digital marketing agency, where she honed her expertise in digital marketing and developed a deep passion for social media. During her tenure, she developed content and managed numerous campaigns for a diverse range of clients across building product, healthcare, and home product industries.

Sally is a member of the National Women in Roofing Toledo Chapter and is actively involved in the marketing and engagement committees. Beyond her professional achievements, she is an avid book enthusiast and a dedicated fan of Taylor Swift.
