Women in roofing? You bet! National Women in Roofing (NWIR) is an organization that supports and advances the careers of women roofing professionals. Opportunities span from those in the field and on the roof to females working in manufacturing, sales, design, installation, management and a variety of other roles.
Often considered an industry geared towards men, women are breaking that stereotype by pursuing a variety of career paths and demonstrating that a diverse industry is a stronger industry.
