NWIR Days Room Host Sign-Up

Would you like to play an important role helping NWIR Days run smoothly? We are looking for Room Hosts for our educational breakout sessions!

Here's how it works:
We have 8 breakout rooms per time slot and 4 time slots. We are asking that our Room Hosts cover 2 time slots (either a morning or afternoon shift). The morning shift will be 9:45am - 11:55am. The afternoon shift will cover 2 sessions from 1:25pm - 4:40pm. (There is an hour long networking break included in the afternoon you will be free to participate in!)

What's involved? Room Hosts will:

• Introduce themselves via e-mail to the presenter(s) they are assigned prior to NWIR Days.
• Meet the presenter(s) 20 min. prior to the session starting to make sure they have everything they need.
• Greet attendees as they arrive.
• Introduce the presenter(s) using bios provided by NWIR Team.
• At conclusion of the session, give "what's next" directions to attendees.
